1. About ILBSUK

This website is operated by ILBSUK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16538647, with registered office at A12, Harben House, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK16 9EY.

2. Nature of our service

ILBSUK LTD is a legal and business consultancy. We provide non-reserved consultancy, document and accounting analysis, chronology building, correspondence support and strategic case preparation.

We are not a firm of solicitors and are not licensed insolvency practitioners. We do not conduct litigation, accept formal service, hold client money or undertake reserved legal activities. Where regulated or reserved work is required, an appropriately authorised professional must be instructed.

3. Website information is not advice

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, insolvency, tax, accounting or financial advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on the facts and documents of a particular matter. Insolvency deadlines can have serious consequences; using this site does not suspend or extend any deadline.

4. Enquiries do not create an appointment

Submitting a form, supplying documents or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a solicitor–client relationship, consultancy retainer or obligation for ILBSUK to act. An engagement begins only when scope, terms and fees are confirmed in writing. Communications with ILBSUK may not attract legal professional privilege.

5. Consultations and fees

The advertised initial professional consultation is £150 for up to 60 minutes by secure video, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated when the appointment is offered. Further work is subject to a separate written scope and fee agreement.

6. Accuracy and evidence

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for identifying urgent deadlines. Allegations are treated as unproven until supported by reliable evidence. ILBSUK may test information, seek clarification and decline work where the evidence, conflict position, scope or professional boundary makes that appropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, infringe confidentiality or intellectual-property rights, or submit information unlawfully. You should avoid providing unnecessary personal data about third parties.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding and original materials belong to ILBSUK LTD or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit them without written permission.
